Here are the revised instructions for the check-in process:

  1. Approximately one week prior to your scheduled arrival date, an email will be sent to you containing a link for online registration of all guests staying in the apartment. Please complete this registration process as soon as possible.

  2. Once we have verified that the online registration is complete, you will receive another email the day before your check-in date. This email will include detailed information and photos on how to access the apartment.

  3. To gain entry, we will provide you with a unique code. This code is used to open a lock that contains the key to enter the apartment.

Please ensure that you complete the online registration and keep an eye on your email for the instructions and access details. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our team. We look forward to welcoming you to the apartment!

You can access the apartment at any time after 3pm.

Of course! We ask you to inform us, via email or call, about your approximate arrival time. If the apartment is ready when you arrive (this depends on whether there was no departure on the same day), you can enter the apartment earlier. However, in case the apartment is not ready yet, don’t worry. You will be able to leave your luggage in the apartment and return at 3pm. We want to make sure that your stay starts in the best possible way, giving you the comfort you deserve.

Unfortunately, we do not have a luggage storage service at our facilities. However, we will be happy to provide you with some recommendations of lockers available in the city where you can safely store your belongings during your stay.

At Mahara Apartments, we understand the importance of being connected at all times, so we are pleased to inform you that all our apartments are equipped with free WiFi Internet access. In the guest guide, we provide you with the network name and access code so you can enjoy a fast and stable connection during your stay.

Of course, we care about your comfort at any time of the year, so all our apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The use is individual, which allows you to regulate it according to your preferences and needs.

You do not need to bring bed linen and towels with you, as all our apartments are fully equipped with these essentials.

All apartments have hair dryer, ironing board, iron and washing machine.

At Mahara Apartments, we understand that a well-equipped kitchen is essential for those who wish to prepare their own meals during their stay. Therefore, all our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics you may need.

You will find complete kitchenware including utensils, crockery and glassware, so you can enjoy your meals in comfort. In addition, you will have essential appliances such as a coffee maker to satisfy your morning caffeine needs, a kettle to prepare tea or infusions, and a microwave to quickly heat and cook your food.

All apartments have supermarkets and bakeries within 5 minutes walking distance or less. We will give you detailed information in the guest guide.

At Mahara Apartments, we understand the importance of providing comfort and safety to families traveling with babies and young children. Therefore, we are pleased to offer you the possibility of having a crib at no additional charge for children under 2 years old, as long as you request it in advance.
The crib is prepared with the bedding. The maximum number of cribs per apartment is one. If you have more than one baby, please contact us.

To facilitate your stay and ensure you have the best possible experience, we invite you to inform us when making your reservation if you plan to arrive by car. This way, we will be able to provide you with detailed information about the closest parking lots to our apartment.

In the immediate vicinity of all our apartments, within a 5 to 10 minute walk, you will find public parking options available, although subject to an additional cost. We will provide you with details on the locations and rates of these parking lots so that you can conveniently plan your arrival and parking.

Our housekeeping team strives to ensure that each apartment is in perfect condition prior to each guest’s arrival. To ensure this, we ask that you check-out before 11:00 am. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer late check-out service.

We always care about your comfort, so to check out, simply place the two sets of keys on the dining table inside the apartment and make sure to lock the door on your way out. We hope you enjoyed your stay!

If for any reason you forget a personal item, we will be happy to send it to you. To ensure your comfort and confidence in the shipment, we ask you to contract the pick-up service with a parcel company and have your item picked up at our main office. Please contact our staff and they will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to proceed.
